Testing and Quality Assurance

At Clarcorp, we understand that our customer’s end product is only as good as the components that are in it. We put our products through rigorous testing for dimensional accuracy via a high power (Keyence) microscope, mechanical functionality via properly calibrated tools, and metallurgical accuracy using accredited laboratories.
All photographs and records are kept and available at the customer's request. All testing is done in a manner to make sure that the product the customer ordered matches drawings. 

Our customer's receive pre-production samples to ensure that we are on the right track to create the right product. Once the samples are approved, production will begin. Our team will do one final check on the finished product to ensure that it is acceptable for delivery to our customer.
